Typically, if you see a generic error message when using GraphQL, it indicates a temporary, transient error in the database. In most cases rerunning the query will result in success.
If you see persistent such errors please open a ticket with our Support team. In the ticket, include:
- the time of the error, including your timezone
- a copy of your GraphQL schema so that we can try to reproduce the issue
- the query or mutation you were running when you got the error
