If you are currently on the Teams, Business or Individual plan and want to downgrade to either Free or a lower tier plan, please open a support ticket and we will take care of it for you. In the ticket please provide:
- The email address associated with the account (if it is different from the one you are using to access the Help Center)
Once a support ticket is created, we will process the downgrade request. You will continue to have access to your current plan benefits for the rest of the month, and your last invoice will be sent shortly after. The downgrade will be effective starting the first day of the following month.
