If you are currently on the Teams or Business plan and want to downgrade to either Individual or Free, please open a support ticket and we will take care of it for you. In the ticket please provide:
- The email address associated with the account (if it is different from the one you are using to access the Help Center)
- A date when you wish the downgrade to be effective by
Please note that account downgrades can take several days or longer to complete, so giving advance notice is helpful though not a requirement. During this time, you will still be responsible for any charges incurred on the account.
